The New York Mets will go against the Atlanta Braves, as the Mets try to take the rubber game against the Braves in this three game series today at Shea Stadium.

The Pitchers:
Nelson Figueroa (1-1, 4.05 ERA) will go to the mound to try and win the series against the Braves. Figueroa is coming off a start where he didn't bring his "A" game. Figueroa earned a loss in his last start on April 22 versus the Cubs, allowing three runs on hits and five walks while striking out two over five innings pitched.
John Smoltz (3-1, 0.78 ERA) starts for the Braves this afternoon. In his last start, Smoltz took his first loss of the season against the Nationals. He gave up one run, five hits and struck out 10 batters in 7 innings of work. In 61 career appearances, 41 starts, he is 18-14 with a 3.37 ERA versus the Mets.

Ok, Tyler. Some sites that have free Blogger templates offer the code that you can just copy and paste into the 'Edit HTML' opening. That code is an .XML file. If you end up downloading a .ZIP file, that won't help you, because it's compressed (in different parts that take forever to get right). The code has to be .XML, or you can't use it.
